Scribe-X is proud to support aspiring medical professionals on their journey, including many who go on to study at Ross University School of Medicine. Our scribe program gives students valuable clinical exposure before entering medical school, with firsthand experience working alongside practicing providers.
Scribes are assigned to the same clinician for long-term support. This allows them to build strong professional relationships and observe real patient care in action. It is a trusted pathway for students who are serious about medicine and want to be prepared for what’s ahead.
Our scribes do more than observe. They contribute to documentation in real time, support clinical workflows, and gain a deeper understanding of how care teams operate.
This foundation helps prepare them for success in medical school and clinical rotations. Many of our scribes credit their time at Scribe-X as the most valuable part of their pre-med experience.
If you are preparing for medical school and want meaningful experience that shapes how you show up as a future clinician, Scribe-X helps you get there. Our program offers hands-on support, growth opportunities, and a mission-driven culture focused on patient care and provider well-being.
“Being a scribe made me more confident and prepared when I started medical school. I already knew how clinics worked, how to communicate with providers, and how to document efficiently.”
